• How do i customise a cake ?

  Design & Size ( send us photo reference, theme, color, occasion ) IF ANY
  
  We reserve the rights to reject/refund any unreasonable request, last minute changes, excessive add-on from the original agreed cake design.
  
  
  
• How many day in advance should I book my cake ? 
  Min 14days , subject to slot availability. We take orders on a first come first served basis.
  
  

• Can I change my order once it has been placed?
  Yes, you can change any order within 10 days of its collection date. WhatsApp us your order confirmation number along with your change request(s).
  
  

• Do you provide a cake knife and candles?
  Yes, we do provide 1 candle, 1 simple cake knife. Please visit the ‘Add-ons’ tab should you wish to purchase sparkler candles & cake toppers.

• What's your cancellation policy?
  We offer a refund should you cancel your order within five (5) days of its collection date. Please note that there is a 10% order processing fee that is not refundable.
  
  
  
  

Delivery Conditions

• As Little Happiness does not provide delivery services, customers' deliveries will be managed by a third party such as GoGet, LalaMove.

• Deliveries are by arrangements only with charges applied;
  

• Please choose the time slot carefully as our deliveries may take up to three hours per slot and we are unable to take requests for specific delivery time as our cakes are fragile;

• For multi-level residences, buildings and shopping malls, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order at the main entrance as our courier is unable to deliver the order straight to your unit.

• For landed properties, please ensure that a person is available to receive the order. The order will be returned to us if collection is not completed;

• Please take note that once delivery is confirmed, Little Happiness will not be held liable for any damages that may occur during the delivery process;

• Once the cake has been delivered and signed for, Little Happiness will not accept any liability for any damages to the order or for any failure to follow the instructions provided;

• Self pick-up is also available should it be more convenient;

• If you choose to self pick-up, Little Happiness will not be held liable for any damages to the orders once it has left our premises.
  
  

Delivery Areas And Charges

1. Little Happiness is able to organised a delivery via a third party, upon customer's request, to deliver within Kuala Lumpur and specific areas within Selangor by CAR;

2. Delivery rates are dependent on the area with rates estimated between RM20 to RM100.

3. For multi-level building units or shopping malls, customers are required to collect from the driver at the main entrance as charges do not include parking fee.

4. For Cheaper delivery service,you may choose PICK UP at checkoout & manage your own delivery service ( Grab, Lalamove, Goget)
